Intake and Client Coordinator Availability:
Our Intake and Client Coordinator is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Appointments for Services:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening appointments available upon request
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requesting Records
To request records for yourself or a mutual client, please fax your request to 412-267-5288, Attn: Client Coordinator. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and delivery. For urgent requests, contact us at bhreferral@auberle.org or call 412-673-5800 ext. 3001, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
