Step 1: Intake Form Completion

Complete the Intake Form:
Your journey with Auberle Wellness & Counseling begins by filling out an intake form. This step helps us gather essential information to match you with the right services and support.

Step 2: Scheduling an Appointment

Appointment Scheduling:
After we receive your completed intake form, our Intake and Client Coordinator will contact you to schedule your first appointment. We aim to provide timely access to care, with our current average wait time being approximately 2 weeks. Evening appointments may be available upon request.

 

Step 3: Receiving and Completing Intake Documents

Prepare for Your Appointment:
Before your first appointment, you will receive an email containing important intake documents that need to be completed. These documents are essential for your initial session, as they provide our team with the necessary background information to tailor your care. Please ensure that these forms are completed and submitted before your appointment.

Step 4: Your First Appointment

What to Expect:
During your initial visit, you’ll meet with one of our clinical professionals. This session is designed to help us understand your needs and create a personalized care plan tailored to your goals. We encourage you to ask questions and share any concerns to ensure the best possible care.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

Continuous Care:
Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond the first appointment. Auberle Wellness & Counseling is here to provide ongoing support through regular sessions, follow-up care, and access to additional resources as needed.
