Individual Therapy/Counseling

Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions between a therapist and a client. It aims to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, through personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual's needs.

Family Therapy

Family therapy focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts within families. It addresses issues such as parenting challenges, marital conflicts, substance abuse, and mental health disorders by involving all family members in the therapeutic process.

Group Therapy

Group therapy involves a therapist leading a small group of individuals who share similar concerns or experiences. It provides a supportive environment for members to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, learn from one another, and develop coping strategies together.

Couple Therapy

Couples therapy, also known as marriage or relationship counseling, helps couples resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship. It addresses various issues such as infidelity, intimacy problems, financial disagreements, and differences in values or goals.

Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management

Psychiatrists are medical doctors who specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. They conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental illnesses and prescribe medication to alleviate symptoms. Medication management involves ongoing monitoring to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the prescribed medications.

Level of Care Assessment (D&A)

The Level of Care (LOC) assessment for substance use disorders is a comprehensive evaluation designed to determine the most appropriate level of treatment and support for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The assessment considers various factors to tailor treatment recommendations to the individual's specific needs and circumstances.

Teletherapy/Telepsychiatry

Teletherapy or online counseling allows individuals to receive mental health services remotely via video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It provides convenient access to therapy for those who may have difficulty attending in-person sessions due to location, mobility issues, or scheduling constraints.

Support Groups

Support groups bring together individuals facing similar challenges, such as addiction recovery, grief and loss, or chronic illness. Led by a facilitator, support groups offer a safe space for members to share their experiences, provide mutual support, and learn coping strategies from one another.
