Stop-Now-And-Plan (SNAP)

Stop-Now-And-Plan (SNAP)

SNAP® is an evidence-based program specifically tailored for children aged 6-11 who exhibit externalizing behaviors. Over the course of a 13-week program, children and caregivers receive support to effectively address these behaviors. Through guided practice and intervention, participants learn to halt negative behaviors, process emotions, and swiftly generate solutions, akin to a "snap" of their fingers. Our primary objective is to empower families through personalized interventions that not only address current behavior issues but also prevent future challenges while fostering healthy communication dynamics.
