Auberle recognizes that not all young people have a safety net in place to catch them during challenging times. Our programs for young adults are designed to care for and empower young people who are transitioning out of the foster care system, experiencing unstable housing, and learning to live independently so they can thrive as successful members of our community.
Crawford County Pennsylvania Young Adult Services
The Crawford County, PA Young Adult Services (CCYAS) Program is an expanded location of Auberle’s 412 Youth Zone drop-in center for young people aging out of the foster care system. Located in Meadville, Pennsylvania, CCYAS helps spread Auberle’s mission, tailored to meet the needs of young people in different communities within the region we serve.
CCYAS provides a wide range of support to young people on their path towards becoming self-sufficient, including:
- Drop-in center
- Obtaining Driver's License and/or State ID
- Employment
- Education
- Housing
- And more
Like Auberle's 412 Youth Zone, this program is designed for youth to learn life skills, build confidence, and pave an optimistic path for their own future.
