Job Duties:

• Experience working with delinquent youth in a residential setting between the ages of 12 – 18 yrs of age.
• Must have two+ years of experience.
• Must be able to work shifts (3:00 – 11:00 p.m., 2:00 – 10:00 p.m. and daylight).
• Provide a secure and healthy environment for all residents.
• Supervise residents in all aspects of daily living routines.
• Provide positive role model to residents.
• Participate in the assessment of the resident.
• Implement therapeutic intervention for residents.
• Document all assessment and treatment information in written form and through verbal communication.
• Provide crisis intervention, including employment of passive physical restraint techniques, as needed.
